How to Order
Follow these 3 easy steps:
STEP 1. To purchase an item, simply email prettyessentials@hotmail.com with the following details:
1. Subject: Order
2. Item name
3. Quantity
4. Your name
5. Preferred time, date and venue of meet up
**Note: To ensure the products reach our customers in top condition and to avoid mishandling of goods during delivery, meet ups are strongly encouraged as the mode of transaction.
Alternatively, you can opt for registered postage (free of charge). Kindly note that we shall not be held responsible for any damages during the delivery.
STEP 2. Check your email for confirmation invoice. We will reply you as soon as possible.
STEP 3. Payment to be made via ATM funds transfer to POSB Savings within 2 days after confirmation email has been sent.

No Refund Policy
We are sorry to inform you that there shall be no refund nor exchange for the products. As such, you can be rest assured that the products you receive are in new and original condition and not returned goods.
